REDSP is the new-build property database for developers
REDSP is a database of new-build properties in Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida, Costa de Almería and Costa del Sol.
To include your development, we only need the information about your properties and your contact details. From there, we update your product in the database and that information is sent to the CRMs of the estate agencies that subscribe to the service. This means agencies work with up-to-date information directly within their own systems.
With REDSP, your development gains visibility through a wide network of estate agencies with international clients, allowing you to reach more potential buyers.
We will give you promoter access so that you can update your details and choose which REDSP agencies receive your product.
In addition, agencies save time because your properties are updated automatically in their management systems. The time they no longer need to spend checking prices, availability, photos and other details can be used to support their clients better and generate more sales opportunities for your development.
When an agency has an interested client, they contact you directly. And for your development company, there is no extra cost: being on REDSP is free. The agencies are the ones who pay a monthly fee to access the service.
